About the role
- Conduct functional testing during sprints, identify issues, report them, and see to that they’re dealt with.
- Be a product champion. Know our product inside out, both from a business and technical perspective.
- Educate development team in testing and quality assurance.
- Improve the overall development and test process by implementing and maintaining routines, best practices, tools and a like.
- Advocate for maintaining a high-quality bar, making sure quality and testing are part of the development work from day one.
- Responsible for managing third line support, acting as the dev team’s interface towards the customer support team, and establishing processes and educating them to more effectively manage issues.
Skills and qualifications
- Passion for quality, hands-on testing and structure.
- Relevant education from university, YH/HVE or similar.
- Experience from development process tools such as DevOps, JIRA or similar.
- Understanding of APIs, web integrations and SQL is a merit.
- Experience in test automation and CD/CI process
